WHAT IS IT WHAT DOES IT DO

Malware is a collective term that includes all the malicious software and code that gets installed willingly or not onto your computer or device. Malware includes computer viruses however the larger threats to todays computers are the less obvious things that are getting put onto our computers.

All computers and devices accumulate malware. Sometimes it just a simple tracking code that says you were just on Amazon, sometimes an advertisement of web page will install something onto your computer and most times that you install any new software or app, there is probably at least one piece of malware coming along for the ride. 

They typical pattern of infection by malware is that it starts small and the longer it goes unchecked, the worse it will get. Your computer will become slow, your web searches and web pages will get hijacked, unauthorized and intrusive pop up ads will appear and the next thing you know you are talking to “Microsoft” – MICROSOFT WILL NEVER POP UP AN AD OR CALL YOU BECAUSE OF ANYTHING ON YOUR COMPUTER – EVER!. 

Regular system maintenance and malware detection and cleaning will improve system performance and helps keep the nastier things  away.
